Swing and Latin Dance: Learn shared techniques of two of the most popular and active styles of dancing. We cover Jitterbug (East Coast Swing), West Coast Swing, Salsa, Merengue, Cha Cha, Mambo and Samba. Dances vary from session to session, by instructors choice.

Simply Salsa for Fitness: What is Simply Salsa? It’s an aerobic dance workout that uses REAL Latin dance moves, taught by a real, experienced, Latin dance instructor, to help you have fun while you get fit! Learn techniques from Salsa, Merengue, Cha Cha, Cumbia, Bachata, Rumba, Samba...even TANGO!
